Some First Class deliveries are being delayed by approximately one week due to staffing problems at Royal Mail. The situation appears to be deteriorating. Please only contact us if your order has not arrived after 14 days. We cannot speed up delivery of packets after posting. Special Delivery items will arrive much faster and usually the next day so some customers may want to use this service. We post items out as quickly as possible, the same working day or next working day for evening/weekend orders. We apologise for any delay in receiving your order.
